About the Pennsylvania Assembly

Welcome to The Pennsylvania Assembly. We are a group of like-minded people that are standing on the Land and Soil in Pennsylvania. Regardless of your current political party affiliation, we are all Americans first. We are a non-partisan, peaceful, respectful group seeking honest like-minded loving souls to join and help us grow our Assembly.

We have corrected our political status and are no longer “US Citizens”. We have taken these steps and are now serving as American State Citizens for Pennsylvania or as American State Nationals for Pennsylvania. Together we form the Pennsylvania Assembly, where we can once again control our government “Of the People, By the People, For the People” which we all deserve, for the first time since the Civil War more than 160 years ago. In August of 2021 we passed an International Peace Proclamation, which "provides explicit and official International Notice that Peace has been Declared by and among the Union States of the States of America and Federation States of the Union, in receipt of the authorities of the former Confederation States, in the matter of The American Civil War." We look forward to the day that all Pennsylvanians join the Pennsylvania Assembly and live your life as a truly free man or woman. We are proud of the fact that our original government was in Philadelphia and we are looking forward to the day it returns to Pennsylvania.

 

Our Mission

Our Pennsylvania Assembly is dedicated to the restoration of a complete and fully operational Land and Soil jurisdiction, State and County court system serving the people of Pennsylvania, the preservation of the National Trust, the enforcement of the Public Law, the upholding of the Federal Constitution owed to our State and People, the repopulation of our Land and Soil jurisdiction, the filling of vacated Public Offices, and the reclamation of our material and intellectual public and private assets.

To these ends we, the living people of Pennsylvania, have called the eligible Pennsylvania Nationals and electors to assemble and to serve as Jurors and Officers, and we have established the process and procedure to qualify Jurors and others competent to hold State Citizenship and Public Office. We do this peacefully and without rancor in the exercise of our unincorporated powers and capacities.

 

Peacekeeping Task Force and Militia

All Pennsylvania State Nationals understand the responsibility to maintain the Peace and uphold the Public Law - to do no harm to another, nor their property.

The Peacekeeping Task Force is populated by people who step up to serve the public in additional capacities as Peacekeeping Officers. The County Sheriff of the Land Jurisdiction is the highest level of law in his/her county.

The people of the state comprise the body of the Militia, to perform the functions of protection, and to coordinate a community response in times of emergency, natural disasters, invasion, etc. Our responsibility is to be a "well-regulated body", - meaning prepared - for these situations, in order to uphold our commitments to each other as the living people of Pennsylvania.

The Pennsylvania Assembly is first and foremost a family.

The Pennsylvania People, refers to all Pennsylvanians who reclaim their Land jurisdiction political status as State Nationals or State Citizens, who agree to live and work in Peace and uphold the Public Law: To do no harm to others, or their property. They are entitled to all Rights due them as a Pennsylvanian and an American, whether they actively participate in the Pennsylvania Assembly governance processes or not.

Declaration of Rights for Pennsylvania
Written July – September 26, 1776

1. That all men are born equally free and independent, and have certain natural, inherent and inalienable rights, amongst which are, the enjoying and defending life and liberty, acquiring, possessing and protecting property, and pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety.
2. That all men have a natural and unalienable right to worship Almighty God according to the dictates of their own consciences and understanding: And that no man ought or of right can be compelled to attend any religious worship, or erect or support any place of worship, or maintain any ministry, contrary to, or against, his own free will and consent: Nor can any man, who acknowledges the being of a God, be justly deprived or abridged of any civil right as a citizen, on account of his religious sentiments or peculiar mode of religious worship: And that no authority can or ought to be vested in, or assumed by any power whatever, that shall in any case interfere with, or in any manner control, the right of conscience in the free exercise of religious worship.
3. That the people of this State have the sole, exclusive and inherent right of governing and regulating the internal police of the same.
4. That all power being originally inherent in, and consequently derived from, the people; therefore all officers of government, whether legislative or executive, are their trustees and servants, and at all times accountable to them.
5. That government is, or ought to be, instituted for the common benefit, protection and security of the people, nation or community; and not for the particular emolument or advantage of any single man, family, or set of men, who are a part only of that community; And that the community hath an indubitable, unalienable and indefeasible right to reform, alter, or abolish government in such manner as shall be by that community judged most conducive to the public weal.
6. That those who are employed in the legislative and executive business of the State, may be restrained from oppression, the people have a right, at such periods as they may think proper, to reduce their public officers to a private station, and supply the vacancies by certain and regular elections.
7. That all elections ought to be free; and that all free men having a sufficient evident common interest with, and attachment to the community, have a right to elect officers, or to be elected into office.
8. That every member of society hath a right to be protected in the enjoyment of life, liberty and property, and therefore is bound to contribute his proportion towards the expence of that protection, and yield his personal service when necessary, or an equivalent thereto: But no part of a man’s property can be justly taken from him, or applied to public uses, without his own consent, or that of his legal representatives: Nor can any man who is conscientiously scrupulous of bearing arms, be justly compelled thereto, if he will pay such equivalent, nor are the people bound by any laws, but such as they have in like manner assented to, for their common good.
9. That in all prosecutions for criminal offences, a man hath a right to be heard by himself and his council, to demand the cause and nature of his accusation, to be confronted with the witnesses, to call for evidence in his favor, and a speedy public trial, by an impartial jury of the country, without the unanimous consent of which jury he cannot be found guilty; nor can he be compelled to give evidence against himself; nor can any man be justly deprived of his liberty except by the laws of the land, or the judgment of his peers.
10. That the people have a right to hold themselves, their houses, papers, and possessions free from search and seizure, and therefore warrants without oaths or affirmations first made, affording a sufficient foundation for them, and whereby any officer or messenger may be commanded or required to search suspected places, or to seize any person or persons, his or their property, not particularly described, are contrary to that right, and ought not to be granted.
11. That in controversies respecting property, and in suits between man and man, the parties have a right to trial by jury, which ought to be held sacred.
12. That the people have a right to freedom of speech, and of writing, and publishing their sentiments; therefore the freedom of the press ought not to be restrained.
13. That the people have a right to bear arms for the defense of themselves and the state; and as standing armies in the time of peace are dangerous to liberty, they ought not to be kept up; And that the military should be kept under strict subordination to, and governed by, the civil power.
14. That a frequent recurrence to fundamental principles, and a firm adherence to justice, moderation, temperance, industry, and frugality are absolutely necessary to preserve the blessings of liberty, and keep a government free: The people ought therefore to pay particular attention to these points in the choice of officers and representatives, and have a right to exact a due and constant regard to them, from their legislatures and magistrates, in the making and executing such laws as are necessary for the good government of the state.
15. That all men have a natural inherent right to emigrate from one state to another that will receive them, whenever they think that thereby they may promote their own happiness.
16. That the people have a right to assemble together, to consult for their common good, to instruct their representatives, and to apply to the legislature for redress of grievances, by address, petition, or remonstrance.

 

The Reconstruction Objective

Strange as it may seem to us today, the Reconstruction required as a result of the Civil War has never been finished. In truth, it was never properly started. No adequate Notice and Disclosure of the circumstance was ever given to the general populace of America, and there are obvious, self-interested reasons for that.

The idea behind The Articles of Confederation was to create an internal alliance of "capital business interests" devoted to the welfare of all the States and People. This is why The Articles of Confederation (which sought to bind together the commercial corporations operating as an "instrumentality" of each State) in the global municipal jurisdiction (overseen by the Office of the Roman Pontiff) proposed to be a "perpetual" union.

From the very first, it was realized that if commercial interests were in conflict such that The States of States opposed each other, and this schism was allowed to spread far enough, it would endanger the entire country. So the Founders were at pains to impress upon The States of States the necessity of working together for the common good and maintaining the perpetual union of the original Confederation ---and a united front in the global municipal jurisdiction.

Unfortunately, agent provocateurs --- as we now know, members of the Rothschild banking cartel and other European banking interests --- kept watch for an issue that might create such a schism between The State of State commercial corporations, and they found it: slavery.

The last Congress of the Federal States of States adjourned for lack of quorum when the Southern States of States walked out. The Deputies known as "United States Senators" who were essentially the CEO's and Fiduciaries of these commercial corporations could no longer conduct business.

The remaining Delegates representing the Northern commercial corporations collaborated with the British Territorial Government to continue operations under the guise of acting to "preserve the Union" and "the Constitution" --- meaning the Territorial Constitution and its role for the British King as Trustee over our Naval and Trade and Commercial activities.

What remained was this: the Northern Federal States of States -- commercial corporations owned and operated by the Union side of the conflict were bankrupt and in reorganization. The Southern States of States --- also commercial corporations owned and operated by the Confederate States were bankrupt, too, but never sought bankruptcy protection. A British Territorial Military junta was in control of Washington, DC, and soon puppet governments installed by force in the South would send Territorial Delegates to Washington.

Members of the Territorial "Rump" Congress admitted the circumstance by passing the "Reconstruction Acts". These were undertaken as "emergency" measures by a foreign military government -- essentially, an American "Raj" -- to maintain control over the civilian population during a transition back to normal government operations.

That transition has never taken place. The vast bulk of the Reconstruction Acts have never been repealed and are still in full force and effect.

 

The Plan For Reconstruction

Step 1: Your State

We need to get the "4 Pillars" of the Assembly up and running and fully "populated" with people who have corrected their political status --actual State Nationals and State Citizens. The 4 Pillars are:

General Assembly  -  the General Assembly provides a discussion and decision forum for intrastate business and acts as a Committee-of-the-Whole to decide issues of general interest, conducts elections, and provides oversight for all Assembly functions;

Jural Assembly -  provides the Court Services and oversees the Grand Jury, Trial Juries, Officers, and functions of the courts;

Militia  -  is focused on promoting public safety within the boundaries of their State and is the "well-regulated" militia guaranteed to each State for its internal security.

Business Assembly  -  which is composed entirely of State Citizens, conducts the international and interstate business of the Assembly; becomes the State of State Assembly

Your Mission as members of your State Assembly, is to reclaim your stolen identity as American State Nationals and American State Citizens and to Assemble your State and finish the Reconstruction.

Step 2: Re-charter the Federal States of States

We need to re-charter the Federal States of States and put an end to "Reconstruction". The States of America -- an unincorporated confederation of inchoate, non-physical States of States that operate in the global and municipal realm of commerce inhabited by Legal PERSONS in the Jurisdiction of the Air. This is our Global Jurisdiction. Founded March 1, 1781.

Only our fully populated State Assembly with all 4 pillars up and running have the power to re-charter our Federal States of States and retrieve their assets-- that is, all the State land trusts doing business under names like: the Wisconsin State, Ohio State, et alia., from the Territorial Caretakers (The Queen and British Foreign Corporation).

Step 3: Hold a Continental Congress

Hold the Continental Congress and take care of all the business that needs to be brought forward to current time.

We the People, will act in our actual capacity as State Nationals and State Citizens, and do the work of Reconstruction---- create our own American Subcontractors to do the principle share of work as assigned under the actual Federal Constitution.

The People of each one of our States need to charter their State's commercial corporation under their own State's sovereign authority, and then join as a member of the States of America----- a perpetual union and Confederation of States of States serving as the Federal Branch of the Federal Government.

That will put an immediate end to a lot of monkey business and leave nobody any cause to complain about our action to take back control of our country and its assets and its service contracts.

Also, acting as the People, as members of our State Assembly and our State Jural Assembly, we can address the multitude of international crimes, which have been practiced against us.
